60-day guarantee
If Hashi doesn't convince you, we give you your money back. You have 60 days from receiving your order to request a return.
How to request a return
- Write to us with your order number.
- We send you a return label and instructions for sending the package.
- Once we receive and check it, we let you know by email.
We cannot accept packages returned without requesting a return first.
Refund
If the return is approved, we refund you to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, write to us.
Damaged or wrong product
Check your order when it arrives. If the product is damaged or not what you ordered, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will sort it out.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
In addition to the guarantee, when buying in the European Union you can cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The product must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging, together with proof of purchase.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
